Best burger in Hollister! That's what we heard over and over when we offered these hamburgers during our anniversary celebration week, so we've decided to make them a Friday special. A full 1/2 pound of choice beef, grilled to your specs right on the spot on our open flame barbeque, and served hot and sizzling off the grill on a toasted bun. Includes a side of our popular potato salad, pasta salad, or bag of chips. Want a cheeseburger? Just add $.25.

Hot Chicken Combo Meals
Our signature wood-roasted chicken is now hot and ready to take home, available between 4:30PM and 7:00PM each evening. No reheating required. We combine your delicious fresh-from-the-rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes, home-made gravy, and our popular BBQ Corn Niblets to create a complete and easy meal. Quantities are limited each day so feel free to call ahead (634-0135) and reserve yours. Combo sizes available:
    Single Meal - $7.50
    Half-Chicken Meal (for two) - $12.99
    Whole Chicken Meal (for four) - $24.99

Friday Only - Standing Rib Roast of Beef - HOT and Carved To Order!
I'll admit, this is a bit of an experiment. I mean, how many places do you know of where you can get Prime Rib to go? It's just that Friday night, for most people, is either pizza night or a night for something a little special, and this is definitely a little special. We start with USDA Choice beef and age it ourselves to make sure it is extra tender. Then we rub it with our seasonings and slow cook it in one of our wood-burning ovens so it picks up the delicious flavors of the wood. Finally, after the roast rests, we sear it in a very hot convection oven so the outside is that delicious caramelized brown while the inside stays nice and medium rare, yielding a top-notch rib roast for the discerning beef lover. At the store, we'll carve your slices right off the bone to any thickness you care to indulge in. Warm Au Jus sauce comes on the side, along with a portion of horseradish sauce. Bon Apetit!
